RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Consumer Protection Law allows the customer to request and receive a refund within a 'fourteen day' time frame of the payment or delivery of the product (whichever is last).
In case of a defect or discrepancy in the product or service, and the details given to the consumer, the dealer will return the money to the consumer within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, and the consumer will return the product to the authority of the dealer where he received it.
In the event that the cancellation is done because the consumer has repented and decided that he wishes to cancel the transaction, the dealer may receive cancellation fees and the consumer must return the product to the dealer's place of business in its' rightful state. (The site holds the right to fine the consumer with a penalty of 5% of the total transaction, or 100 shekels (the lowest out of the two)).
The cancellation must be made in writing (via email, fax etc.)
Returns will not be made if any damage/defect is found on the product.
The consumers that are entitled to cancel a transaction within 4 months (provided that the engagement in the transaction included a conversation, even by email, between the dealer and the consumer):
