While placing your order, you will be asked to choose a form of delivery for your package. These are the possible shipping methods - please read each shipping method carefully and choose the one that best suits you Upon receiving your order in our system, we guarantee to issue the package within two business days and of course we will make efforts to do so as soon as possible.
After the package has been shipped, it is impossible to change the shipping method, nor do we have any responsibility for delays or anything related to the various shipping companies, however we will do our best to help and make sure you are satisfied.

Delivery to the house-
The package will be delivered to you by a courier who will arrive at the address indicated in the order - therefore, choose an address where you are during the day.
According to what was given to us by the courier company, the number of days for delivery depends on the location to which the package is sent, the central area up to 48 hours, the southern area between 3-5 business days, the northern and Golan area 3-7 business days. From the moment the package is transferred to the courier company, we have no responsibility for contacting the customer, the company is responsible for the hours of operation and contact before delivery to the customer - note that we undertake to deliver the package within two business days and of course as soon as possible

Self pickup - Tel Aviv
There is a possibility to pickup your package from our studio located at Ruhama Street 12, in Tel Aviv.
The pickup is free and you must coordinate with us after you have received an update that the package is ready.
Please pay attention! - If the package hasn't been collected within 14 business days, we can't refund or return your money for that package.
