    Items bought at full price:

    - You can get a refund or a voucher for the website/store, in the amount of the cost of the item only (not including shipping).
    - On delivery: the item must be returned to us within 14 days from the moment the package arrives to you.
    - For self-collection from our store: - The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the message that the package is ready for collection.
    - As soon as the item reaches us and is inspected by the team, we will send an email/ WhatsApp with confirmation of a credit/ voucher.

    - You can get credit for the site, you can't get a refund.
