    Please note that of each item we have only one and if you are not satisfied with it we will be happy for it to return to stock as soon as possible to allow someone else to enjoy it.

    Items bought at full price:

    - You can get a refund or a voucher for the website/store, in the amount of the cost of the item only (not including shipping).
    - On delivery: the item must be returned to us within 14 days from the moment the package arrives to you.
    - For self-collection from our store: - The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the message that the package is ready for collection.
    - As soon as the item reaches us and is inspected by the team, we will send an email/ WhatsApp with confirmation of a credit/ voucher.

    Items bought on sale or at a discount:

    - You can get credit for the site, you can't get a refund.
    - On delivery: the item must be returned to us within 14 days from the moment the package arrives to you.
    - For self-collection from the studio: - The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the message that the package is ready for collection.
    - As soon as the item reaches us and is checked by the team, we will send an email/whatsapp with a coupon code for credit on the website/store.

    Some other important things to know:

    - The item must be returned to us with the ticket, you will not be able to claim an item without a ticket.
    - An item with a defect that we didn't notice (this happens sometimes), a stain, a hole, etc., can be exchanged/ returned within 14 days and get a refund for the return shipping (registered mail only), in this case please notify us within 48 hours of the package's arrival to you, We are available at customer service on WhatsApp 050-8029064 and also on the 'Contact' page on the website.

    - There is no exchange or return on items purchased from the Story/Steel Good corners.
